“The summer season is here” says the new Kentucky Fried Chicken commercial. Apparently KFC is giving out a KFC wicker picnic basket (complete with Colonel Sanders logo) whenever you buy an 18 piece meal.

Like people really want other picnickers knowing they eat at KFC.

Jack in the Box Commercial: The treehouse

“I’d have to say I have no regrets. A few weeks ago I decided to ditch the car because Jack is putting new sandwiches on his value menu.”

This guy is holed up in his son’s treehouse. His son is standing in the yard below with Jack and yells: “Ok, one last chance to get out of my treehouse” and then a chainsaw sound.

Well done yet again Jack In The Box. Though that Jack guy is creepy.

The new Ford Flex commercial says that it gets 24 miles per gallon, I guess that’s pretty good for an SUV/Scion looking vehicle. The commericial says “Take 7 people along for the ride, suddenly the whole world changes.” Yeah no kidding, like a bunch of whining and someone having to go to the bathroom and someone giving bad directions.

“Drive one” says Ford. Eh, I’m all set, show me a small hybrid.

Who sings that song in the Ford Flex commercial? The song is by Philadelphia songwriter Santogold.
